Birthday Party Request Form
Thank you for your interest in hosting a Birthday Party at Children's Science Center Lab. Please note that the completion of this request form does not guarantee your reservation. Upon receiving your request, we will review it within 48 to 72 hours. You will be contacted to receive a Birthday Party Facility Rental Agreement and discuss any additional party details. Your Birthday Party date and time will be secured when the Birthday Party Facility Rental Agreement is signed, returned, and full payment is received. Please note that communications are mainly through email. If you have not heard back within the 48 to 72 hour time frame, please check your spam folder.
