Once your application is received, the Development and Volunteer Coordinator will follow up by email within 3 business days to schedule a 15 minute phone interview to determine the most satisfying and appropriate volunteer opportunity for you. Additional forms and a background check may be necessary depending on the type of volunteer activity.

By signing this General Volunteer Waiver, I consent to a background check. Additionally, I agree that any services I provide to Homestretch, Inc. are to be performed on a voluntary basis with no expectation of payment, monetary or otherwise.

I understand that any projects I might work on are the sole and exclusive property of Homestretch, Inc. I understand that all items on Homestretch property are the personal property of Homestretch, Inc.

I agree to be bound by any rules and regulations for volunteers that may be established by Homestretch, Inc. I understand that all information, of any kind, disclosed to me by any employee, client, or volunteer of Homestretch, Inc., shall be kept confidential in accordance with the Confidentiality Policy of Homestretch, Inc. Such proprietary information and material shall not be discussed with or disclosed to any person or entity outside of the Homestretch, Inc. organization.

Homestretch is not liable for any injury to me during my volunteer activity. I understand that I am incurring a risk with Covid-19 and do not hold Homestretch liable for any harm, injury, or exposure. I agree to adhere to Homestretch’s mask policy, and I will wear a mask covering my mouth and nose at all times when on Homestretch property.

I also agree not to take personal photos of any Homestretch children, parents, or families at this event. I consent to any photos or video that Homestretch takes of me for the use of the agency’s promotional or marketing purposes.
