Hello! Please fill out the following form to make the booking process of your next tattoo that much easier. Once submitted, please allow up to 7-10 days for my response. I look forward to reading about your ideas!

Please read all of the information below before submitting your form. It should answer the majority of questions involving scheduling and pricing.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- I do require a $100 non-refundable deposit DUE AT THE TIME of scheduling your appointment. Please have it ready to be paid through Paypal or Venmo when submitting your booking form. This deposit goes toward the designing of your custom tattoo. If the design is a simple one, I may put a portion of your deposit toward your final cost.

- If you fail to show up to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. You may reschedule and retain your deposit if I am given at least 48 hours of notice, however more than two reschedules will require an additional desposit payment.

- I charge $175 per hour, and my minimum for ANY tattoo is $175. For any projects exceeding six hours (sleeves, back pieces, etc), I charge $150 per hour. I can give rough price estimates, though it is difficult to do so when the piece is not yet designed. Your answer to the below 'budget' question is helpful! I do my best to be fair and reasonable. :)

- I accept payment via Paypal, Venmo, and cash.

- I reserve the right to decline a tattoo request. I will do my best to recommend another artist who could better assist you where possible.

- My regular schedule is listed below; FYI I will not start large-scale projects after 4:00pm.

Tuesdays: 11:00 - 5:00

Wednesdays: 11:00 - 7:00

Thursdays: 11:00 - 5:00

Fridays: 11:00 - 7:00

Saturdays: Very few available (roughly once a month) and are reserved for long appointments (4 or more hours)

- I do not send drawings to clients prior to the appointment. You will see your design on the day of your appointment, if any changes need to be made, we can do so then. Please be as specific as you can be in your booking requests.

- Once all of my schedule is full for May through August, I will close my books to new appointments. Books will reopen for scheduling again in late July to begin booking for September through December.

- My preferred contact method is and will always be through this booking form, and my email. (Kaileeviator@gmail.com) I do NOT correspond with clients via my phone number.

- THINGS I WOULD LIKE TO TATTOO: Ideas relevant to the style I am trying to cultivate will be given first priority. I will still be taking on other tattoos, but would love to take on more things that I am interested in. Please do not hesitate to submit your very specific tattoo requests!

For instance, I am wanting to delve more into stylized color portraits of people (characters, celebrities, etc), tattoos emulating famous paintings (Renaissance, Baroque, Impressionist, Surrealiast, Cubist, etc).

I also love when clients want very specific flowers or animals (ie, instead of a typical red rose, what about voodoo lilies? Instead of a cardinal, maybe a golden pheasant. Let's get weird and specific, I'm bored! This is of course not to say that I won't tattoo a cardinal because they remind you of your grandpa-- because I absolutely will. They remind me of my Pawpaw, too.) I also am enjoying tattooing animals wearing human clothes and doing human things. I would love to also start tattooing things in a similar vein to my mixed media paintings-- think collages, buttons and thread, ink splatters mixed with finer detail drawings.
