Hello! Please fill out the following form to make the booking process of your next tattoo that much easier. Once submitted, please allow up to seven days for my response. I look forward to reading about your ideas!

Please read all of the information below before submitting your form. It should answer the majority of questions involving scheduling and pricing.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- I am currently booking for January and February! My husband and I are expecting a baby boy in mid-March, and I will be taking at least two months of maternity leave following his birth. The best time to book is now! The first week or so of March will likely be reserved to regular clients, preferably with ongoing projects.

- I do require a $100 non-refundable deposit DUE AT THE TIME of scheduling your appointment. Please have it ready to be paid through Paypal or Venmo when submitting your booking form. This deposit goes toward the final cost of your tattoo. For larger projects, your deposit will be taken off of the final appointment.

- If you fail to show up to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. You may reschedule and retain your deposit if I am given at least 48 hours of notice, however more than two reschedules will require an additional desposit payment.

- I charge $175 per hour, and my minimum for ANY tattoo is $175. For any projects exceeding six hours (sleeves, back pieces, etc), I charge $150 per hour. I can give rough price estimates, though it is difficult to do so when the piece is not yet designed. Your answer to the below 'budget' question is helpful! I do my best to be fair and reasonable. :)

- I accept payment via Paypal, Venmo, and cash.

- I reserve the right to decline a tattoo request. I will do my best to recommend another artist who could better assist you where possible.

- My schedule for January and February is listed below:

Tuesdays: 11:00 - 5:00

Wednesdays: 11:00 - 5:00

Thursdays: 11:00 - 5:00

Fridays: 11:00 - 5:00

Saturdays: 11:00 - 5:00

Very few Saturdays available (roughly once a month) and are reserved for long appointments (4 or more hours) **NONE REMAINING FOR 2025**

- I do NOT send drawings to clients prior to the appointment. You will see your design on the day of your appointment, if any changes need to be made, we can do so then. Please be as specific as you can be in your booking requests.

- My preferred contact method is and will always be through this booking form, and my email. (Kaileeviator@gmail.com) I do NOT correspond with clients via my phone number.

Do you have a budget you would like to stick to? Please be honest and reasonable, as I do my very best to be fair to us both. You can always book a large tattoo into multiple sessions to break up your spending! (Again, my hourly rate is $175, and I can provide a price/time estimate, dependent on the size and detail you’d like for your tattoo.)
