    Use this form to tell us about your upcoming recruitment event! 
  • Sign-up events are events hosted and run by Girl Scout volunteers with the purpose of forming new troops, registering new youth and adult members, and/or giving families a chance to try out Girl Scouts. (Example: Troop Formation night, Community/Area-hosted bring-a-friend event) 

    Tabling events are any events hosted by another organization at which volunteers/troops hold a table or activity station to share more information about Girl Scouts. (Example: citywide festival, school open house, resource fair, school carnival)

    Parades include any event where Girl Scout information is distributed to families without opportunity for conversation.

  • Would you like your event added to the map on the “Become a Girl Scout” webpage (GirlScoutsRV.org/Join) to help local families find it?*
  • Would you like event flyers distributed at your local schools (as allowed)? NOTE: For fall sign-up events (Sept-Oct), event details MUST be submitted by July 28 to be included on school flyers.*
  • Who is tabling?*
  • Troops/Juliettes who participate in tabling will receive a patch and troop thank-you gift. The troop leader/supervising volunteer should complete the Troop Tabling Form after the event.

  • Do you have all the materials you need for this event?*
  • Is your Community/Area requesting Girl Scouts River Valleys' financial support to help with tabling fees or space rental fees for this event? Financial support is not guaranteed and is subject to fund availability and staff approval.*
  • Would you like a Girl Scouts River Valleys staff member to connect with you prior to this event?*
