  • When are you interested in joining?

    Students can join for one semester or multiple semesters. 

    Students intending to join the team to develop and deliver a competitive robot for the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) season must join for the full school year (Fall + Spring).

  • Payment

    Team fees are due within the first month of the semester you are joining. Please make a check payable to Monumental Impact in the amount of $75 per semester for the team fee with your student's name in the Memo. For FTC Team members you are signing up for two semesters thus a total fee of $150.

  • Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

    I hereby give my approval for my student’s participation in any and all activities prepared by Monumental Impact during the program. In exchange for the acceptance of said student’s candidacy in this program, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Monumental Impact and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said student arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from program.

    In case of injury to said student, I hereby waive all claims against Monumental Impact. Including all coaches, and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all activities involving mechanisms and moving objects. The types of injuries involved in this program include, but are not limited to, the risk of bruising, eye injuries or torn skin.

    I understand that photos will be taken during the program and give consent for Monumental Impact to use such photos to promote and increase awareness of programs.
