    Location: 8400 Maltby Rd, Brighton MI 48116

    Picnic Hours: Sunday, August 13th, 2023 (11am-3:30pm)

    Picnic Vendor Fee: $100, please make checks payable to USMFCU

    Please create a social media post on Instagram/Facebook to advertise our Annual Picnic as support!

     Guidelines

    Set-up begins morning of the picnic from 9:00-10:00am.

    Each vendor is to bring their own tent, table and chairs.

    Each vendor is responsible for the set-up as well as storage of his/her merchandise.

    Each vendor should be present at all times (we recommend you bring someone with you to help watch the table and facilitate breaks).

    Items can be displayed on easels or stands (provided by the vendor) behind the tables.

    Electricity will not be provided.

  • Risk and Liability

    I, the undersigned, hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Ukrainian Selfreliance Michigan Federal Credit Union and Dibrova from any damages to my merchendise which I or my helpers may sustain while participating in the Ukrainian Selfreliance Michigan Federal Credit Union Annual Picnic on August 13th, 2023. Further, I agree to abide by the Vendor Guidelines as listed on this contract, and all policies and guidelines developed by the Ukrainian Selfreliance Michigan Federal Credit Union.

    -I understand that the Ukrainian Selfreliance Michigan Federal Credit Union and Dibrova does not carry insurance to cover my personal property and that I store my merchandise, crafts, and display items at my own risk.
