If you are in immediate danger, please call 911. If you need emergency or immediate assistance, please contact HUPD or the City of Hampton Police Division.

Anonymous reports cannot be accepted and will not be acted upon by the Title IX Office. Hampton University tries to provide supportive measures to all Complainants, which is not possible.

With an anonymous report. Every effort is made by the Title IX Office to preserve the privacy of reports.

Information related to a complaint will be shared with a limited number of Hampton University employees who are on a need to know basis.

In order to assist in the assessment, investigation, and resolution of the report. The information shared is safeguarded in accordance with state and federal law.
