Dear Customers,
Port San Antonio is thrilled to host the second annual "Tech or Treat" event on October 30th from 6pm-8pm at the Boeing Center at Tech Port! Tech or Treat 2025 is a free event for the entire community, and we are inviting our customers and/or their employees to join in either of the following fun activities:
“Trunk-or-Treat” – Kids can get pre-packaged candy and goodies (i.e. small toys, fun school supplies) from the trunks of decorated cars in the parking lot immediately adjacent to the Boeing Center at Tech Port.
"Trick-or-treating" / information tables in the large breezeway beneath the west entrance canopy at the Boeing Center at Tech Port. In addition to distributing candy and other goodies, Port customers can share information about their company and/or host a demo.
Inside the Boeing Center at Tech Port, kids and adults alike can enjoy free video gaming in the LAN gaming center and the AREA 21 technology museum will offer free flight simulator rides and other inspiring STEM activities.

Please remember our basic guidelines:
While the event will be open and marketed to the entire community, the opportunity to stage decorated vehicles and trick-or-treat / information stations is for Port San Antonio customers only (and their employees, if they wish to stage one or more cars for the “trunk-or-treat” portion).
Deadline to secure your space is close of business on Friday, October 24th. Space will be allocated on a first-come basis.
There is no fee for Port customers to participate. Trick-or-treat / information stations in the breezeway will consist of a space of approximately 10’ x 10’ and two 3’ x 6’ tables and four chairs per station. Staging / setup in the breezeway will begin at 4 p.m. Customers are welcome to decorate their spaces and should bring plenty of giveaway items (candies should be pre-packaged).
Customers who want to include some great technology demonstrations that can fit within the space are encouraged. However, please note that power will not be available in the breezeway. If you have special requirements, please let us know well in advance.
No sales of products allowed.
For those participating in the trunk-or-treat portion, vehicles should be staged no later than 5:30 p.m. and, for the safety of attendees, must remain parked until the event is over and guests have cleared.
