Thank you for helping us to create the Indigenous Tourism Resource Portal. The portal will be designed as an easily accessible and comprehensive inventory of resources for travel and tourism stakeholders to support Indigenous tourism.
The resources will be used by Indigenous tourism communities and their partners for COVID-19 recovery and resilience, to build tourism capacity, foster respect and inclusion in government and industry decision-making, and to ensure local socio-economic stakeholder benefits.
Please use this form to submit any applicable tools and resources to be included in the portal that is under development. Applicable tools and resources will be aggregated and contributors will be able to view a comprehensive inventory prior to the portal launch.
The Indigenous Tourism Resource Portal is a project of the Indigenous Tourism Collaborative of the Americas, that is a network consisting of Indigenous tourism leaders and representatives from the public sector, business community and academia from throughout the Western Hemisphere. The Collaborative's Steering Committee includes the Organization of American States Secretariat of Integral Development, Office of Indian Economic Development, Indian Affairs, U.S. Department of the Interior, and the George Washington University International Institute of Tourism Studies.
