    Please read in full. This application makes it easier for me to reach out to potential new clients if I can accommodate you in the schedule. It will give me a better idea of your needs so that when availability comes up in my books you're contact information will be added to my client list which allows you to book through my website as it is closed to existing clients only. Review of applications only happens when there is flexibility in my books. My chair and shop is a sacred space I've created to share a safe space with others and time with clients so that they feel great when they leave which is very important to me to maintain. This will help me better to understand if I can fit your needs as a potential new client. Completion of this application doesn't guarantee an appointment if I'm unable to accommodate you in my current schedule to keep it fair to existing clients. You will receive a email whether I'm able to accommodate you or not. Failure to fill out the form in full with sincerity or mutual schedule conflict may mean denial of application.   • Integrity of the hair comes first! If any service is going to risk that there is typically a solution or alternative. This may mean multiple sessions and more in depth at home care to achieve desired goal or even being told its not feasible with hairs current state. Are you ok with this?*
  • Cancellation Policy Agreement Updated card required for all clients to reserve appointment slot. Appointment reminder texts go out 72 hours in advance to avoid enforcing cancelation policy. A 50% charge of the service booked will be enforced for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. A 100% charge to any no-shows for the service booked. **No exceptions** By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these terms. Thank you for your understanding.*
