The calendar defaults to 4 PM, but you are welcome to begin your event at any time.

The fee for using the STEM Family Night kits for a one-day event is $600 to include 8 stations with supplies up to 500 people and a welcome station.
Due to a generous grant, there is no fee for CISSA and SAISD campuses.
Options for Payment (non CISSA site):
Because of the large number of STEM events, CIS needs to follow a strict schedule for pick-up and drop-off.
Pick-up: Your stations will be ready for pick-up the day of your event. Plan for 30 minutes to review and load your kits. We will email you to schedule the pick-up.
Return: All materials must be returned by 10 AM the following business day.
CISSA provides 8 STEM stations that have enough materials for up to 500 participants! Each station includes all materials, an activity guide, and a tri-fold board display. You will recieve an email with instructions on the activities and how to prepare for your event.
CIS-SA STEM staff are responsible for creating the STEM kits and providing a planning guide and support to ensure an awesome event for your school! Unfortunately, we do not have enough staff to help you organize or run the event. Each school is expected to:
