Children's RCIA

Children's OCIA Form
Classes are held Sunday mornings (except holidays) and one parent or adult must attend with the child. You will receive an email with the schedule of dates and times when this form is submitted. Fee is $80 per child. You will be directed to the payment site upon completion of this form. We look forward to growing in faith with your family.
