The RTW (Ready To Wear) HEIGHT Magazine fashion showcase will take place February 17, 2023 at a private location. 

All designers selected must be able to provide a full collection. 

That will be between twelve to twenty five garments, footwear or accessories per showcase. There will be three major rehearsals leading up to showcase. All participants must be present for at least two meetings to be apart of the program.

*There will be no nudity at this fashion event.

*There will not be any kids wear designs at this fashion show.

While swimwear is permitted for this event. Partially nude or string bikini's will not be accepted at this particular event. 

All designer participants will be featured in HEIGHT Magazine. That includes: the official website, all social media platforms and the printed version.

Any materials submitted by designers/participants, will be used for promotional only. All designers will be required to provide a short bio for use of promotional purposes only.

At no time will HEIGHT Magazine or Golden Ink Media Publishing assume resposibility for any missing garments during or after the time of fashion show. Nor will we resume responsibilty for missing or no show talent; i.e models, hair or make up team members or designer's personal help or assistants.

There will be no craft services available backstage for liability purposes. Just lite refreshments. There will be a private after party where food and beverages will be served.

Each designer will be permitted at least two assistants to accompany them backstage. If more help is required? You'll be able to submit a seperate request with pending notification of approval from RTW coordinator(s). 

If said designer does not participate in two required rehearsals. They will have forfeited their spot and will be disqualified.
