The NHS Pension Scheme as a tool for retention

Sign up to our free online learning course outlining the value of the NHS Pension Scheme as a tool for recruitment and retention.
Before you fill out your details please take a moment to consider the requirements and commitments to starting the course. Please only sign up if you can:
- Protect time to study one module per month. We anticipate each module will take roughly four hours to complete, including further reading and reflection time.
- Complete the course in full within six months.
- Share your feedback via an online questionnaire at the end of the course.
- Participate in a focus group session to discuss what you have gained from the course, any action you have taken in your organisation since completing it, any impact you have seen on retention locally and any aspects of the course you feel could be improved.
Please also note that the course is accessed by creating an account with our partners FutureLearn.

Once you've been accepted onto the course by NHS Employers, we will let FutureLearn know who is registered and eligible to access the course. FutureLearn will then send you a link to create an account on the its platform so you can complete the course.
