  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Please read the information below to make sure your purchase qualifies for a rebate. Please fill out the application completely. Incomplete applications may result in a delay in receiving your rebate. 

    • You must be a Logan City Light and Power customer with an account in good standing to receive a rebate.
    • One rebate per application. If you purchased/installed more than one item on this list, please submit multiple applications.
    • All equipment must be new and installed on, or prior to, the date of the application and after August 1, 2022 in an exisitng home (new construction homes are not eligible for incentive).
    • Applications must be filed no more than 6 months after purchase of item.
    • All rebates are subject to available funds and will be serviced on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • There is a lifetime limit of four incentives per customer per calendar year.
    • Rebates are processed within 8 weeks of application submission.
      • All rebates below $600 are issued as bill credit and will appear on the bill arriving the month after your rebate is processed.
      • Rebates that are more than $600 are processed as a check and you will need to submit a W-9 for tax purposes.
      • If you have applied for more than one rebate in a calendar year and they total more than $600, you willl need to submit a W-9.
      • You can find a blank W-9 using this link: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf.  
    • Please make sure to upload a copy of the itemized receipt that indicates the manufacturer, model number, and purchase date on the receipt/invoice. It is very helpful if you can highlight or circle the eligible items on the receipt.
    • Eligible thermostats include Ecobee Smart Thermostat, Nest Smart Thermostat, or any WiFi enabled thermostat with "learning" capabilities. Customer must have central air conditioning installed at their home to qualify for a thermostat rebate.
    • Whole house fans must be a minimum of 1,000 CFM.

I have read and agree to all above listed terms and conditions and acknowledge that Logan City may verify all information that I have provided.
