  • Alliance for Young Women and Girls' Leadership & Employability Training for Women is an extensive program that prepares young women from marginalized communities for entry-level careers. Our goal is to equip young women from marginalized communities for long-term careers with access to upward economic mobility and professional growth. We train for careers, not jobs. We ask questions to help you determine if our training is a good fit for you. Please read and answer each question carefully.

  • During the length of the training, our participants receive one-on-one bi-weekly coaching, virtual training, and in-person training. Our schedule for virtual training is October 17 - December 7, Mon./Wed., 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm, or October 18 - December 8, Tue./Thu., 6:00 pm. - 9:00 p.m. You are not meeting online the entire time, but you will need to be available to submit assignments. In person, training is on October 15 (10:30 am - 12:30 pm), November 5, November 19, and December 10, 10:30 am - 2:30 pm. One hundred percent of attendance is expected.
