2. BBBS is not obligated to match me with a child and may deny my enrollment or participation at any time and for any reason.

Your child has the opportunity to participate in the High School Buddies Program! In this program, your child is paired with a student from a local elementary school, and they will visit together once per week to play games, read, work on schoolwork, etc. The supervised activities take place during the school day at the elementary school. If you would like your child to participate, please complete the information below.

By signing, you give permission (1) for your child to participate in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, (2) to have your child complete a brief interview to determine their suitability for the program, and (3) for Big Brothers Big Sisters to use your child’s photograph for our social media, marketing, and informational purposes.
