Benjamin D. Foulois School PTO Request for Funds Process
One primary function of our PTO is to raise and distribute funds for the enhancement of Benjamin D. Foulois School. Our goal is to do as much as we can to support programs, events, activities and special requests. Special request may include but are not limited to class event/activities/incentives in support of students mental health and wellness. In order to better achieve that goal, this system has been put into place to ensure all funds are distributed as efficiently and as fairly as possible. In addition, all requestors MUST be PTO members. Also, requests cannot exceed more than 2 per year or a maximum of $250.
Once the PTO Board has received your request form, it will be reviewed for approval. For planning purposes, the request should be received at least 14 days in advance. If there is an immediate need for funds, an additional explanation is required stating why the request could not be completed at least 14 days in advance. Applications for Funding will be reviewed by the PTO Board upon receiving the request. Please note that purchases completed prior to approval does not guarantee reimbursement.
