Pump
Pump to the beat in this fun barbell class designed to help you burn fat, gain strength and tone your body. You will build confidence using a barbell and learn a range of key exercises that you can use outside the class as well. Fit Pump combines low weights with high repetition movements, building your muscular endurance. Suitable for all abilities.
Re-balance
Find your zen in our Rebalance class as we dim the lights, put on some chilled beats, slow things down and breathe. Move through a range of dynamic stretches to improve mobility, flexibility and mental focus. A low impact class for all abilities.
BadAss
Squeeze, squat, lunge and lift your way through this strength class dedicated to your legs, core and might 'gluteus maximus'. Incorporating a broad range of compound and isolation movements that help you build up your exercise library and confidence using weights. Our instructors will help you get those muscles fired up, leaving you with that awesome post work-out feeling!
MINI HIIT
HIIT class is a total body, heart-pumping, aerobic strength and conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high inesity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.
Circuits
Fire up your body in this total-body circuits class. Combine strength, cardio and functional movements as you move through a circuit of high-intesity exercises. Short rest periods allow you to quickly catch your breath before we go again. This is a simple, effective workout that will build up your exercise library and enable you to challenge yourself.
