  • Social channel whitelisting / disputes

    You can use this form to whitelist artist and label channels, release claims, or block/ monetise posts. Please note - Whitelisting means you will not earn any money on those streams. We have deals in place with Soundcloud, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook / Instagram

  • Please note we can only whitelist entire channels for non-specific ISRCs, for artists and labels.

    If you want to whitelist any other channel you will also need to list specific ISRC codes and the URL of the post that is being used on. 

     

  • Please list and submit details of what you need done below

    • Service - The store you need action to be taken on
    • Block - We will block the video. Eg. Your music is on a post that you don't want it to be used on.
    • Monetize - We will make sure the video is being monetized. Eg Your music is on a video on youtube and you are not sure if it is being monetized.
    • Release Claim - We will release the claim - Eg. Thrasher is using a video but they want you to release the claim made against them by IIP (who are our delivery partner). 
    • ISRC - The ISRC code of the track / tracks being used.
