RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. The Parking Lot is operated for Tenants, employees, guests and transients. Ingress and egress are monitored by VPNE Parking Solutions and the property's parking access control system.

2. The speed limit is 5 miles per hour

3. The Parking Lot shall be used for the parking of vehicles no larger than full-size passenger automobiles. Motorcycles and scooters are permitted in the designated area.

4. Marina parking stickers must always be prominently displayed with the sticker number visible.

5.Towing of un-stickered vehicles may occur in order to provide as many spaces as possible for marina

6. Boat owners may only use the marina parking spaces when they are using their boats. If it is determined that a car is parked in marina spaces for non-boating use the car may be towed or the parking access will be disabled.

7. Parking in the marina lot is by permit only. Marina parking, by permit, is to the right of the gate as you enter. Parking is not permitted in the parking lot to the left of the gate without paying Jamestown.

8. If your monthly fees or boat insurance are not up to date, the parking access will be shut off until your account is current.

9. Failure to follow the above rules & regulations will result in the monthly parking pass being disabled.

I agree to fully comply with the Rules and Regulations concerning parking rights on this application form.
