Liability Waiver
Acknowledgement of Risks & Waiver:
I acknowledge that I, or the person I am responsible form, am entering this Color Run being fully aware that I am entering at my own risk and waive all claims of and release all Parties involved including but not limited to Mott Regent High School and The MRHS Junior Class & parents, Lake Tschida Recreation, all Volunteers and workers from liability of death, personal injury, and or property damage. I agree that Bicycles, rollerskates, skateboards, wagons, and animals are forbidden in this event. I hereby certify that I am aware of the risks of, including but not limited to: heat exhaustion, falls, contact with another participant and or volunteer, effects of weather, local traffic, road conditions, wildlife, and more. I of my own free will have entered this event and understand that it is up to myself to keep me and the person I am responsible for safe and free from harm, as well as being aware of my surroundings.
Parent and or Guardian waiver for minors (under 18 years old):
The Undersigned parent and natural guardian or legal guardian does herby represent that he/she is, in fact, acting in such capacity and agrees to save and hold harmless and indemnify each and all parties such as Mott Regent High School and The MRHS Junior Class & parents, Lake Tschida Recreation, all Volunteers and workers from liability of death, personal injury, and or property damage and from all liability, loss, cost, or damage whatsoever which may be imposed upon said parties because of any defect in or lack of such capacity to act and release said parties on behalf of the minor and the parents or legal guardian.
