Exact size is always determined in person. But let me know what you estimate the size to be. On the photo you attach of your body placement, you can mark the size you wish to go with
Example: hand size, wrist to elbow, full sleeve wrap around, ect.
Specify the exact placement on your body for this project (include, left, right, or centered if aplicable)
Example: Left inner bipsep, right side of lower leg/ calf
Add a photo of a placement area, ( please use good lighting and take pictures standing up at a straight angle).

This helps me a lot with planning the design that is correct for your body.
