Cancellation Policy: I understand that if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment, I need to do so with a minimum of a 48 hour notice. If I do not cancel or reschedule within the requested time frame, I understand a fee of 50% of my scheduled time will be paid before I book another appointment. I understand that if I no show or cancel the day of my appointment, it results in 100% of the scheduled time. For example if you were booked for a 2 hour service, the cancellation penalty would be $115 or $230 if the cancellation is same day.

Service Adjustment Policy: I acknowledge that if I have an issue with the service rendered, I will notify Tara within 7 days of the original service. I understand Tara is happy to correct any issue within 14 days of your service at no additional charge. All sales are final.
