Best option for homes that have great exterior lighting (up-lights on the house, the grounds, and pool lighting, etc.). These photos are generally taken about 20-30 minutes after the sun has set and lasts for another 10-15 minutes after that.
During seasonal changes, or due to bad weather, you may consider updating exterior shots. This includes exterior photos of property (front and back).
Aerial Drone Photos of the entire property. 10-15 images.
