We do NOT charge for cancelling appointments within 24 hours of scheduled visits, however, we DO charge for “no shows” including informing the staff of not being able to make appointment time AFTER the appointment time has started.

Disclosure of Hours of Operation

As required by Virginia Law, we must disclose that Edinburgh Animal Hospital is open for operation Monday to Saturday and the hours are listed below:

Monday 7:30am-7:00pm

Tuesday 7:30am-7:00pm

Wednesday 7:30am-6:00pm Closed from 12-1pm

Thursday 7:30am-7:00pm

Friday 7:30am-5:00pm

Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm
After these hours, there will be no employees present to care for or monitor the health of any pets in the hospital. If your pet requires 24-hour care, you will be required to transfer your pet to the appropriate Veterinary facility that provides this level of care. By signing below, you state that you understand the hours or operation for Edinburgh Animal Hospital and the level of care provided for said hours. You also agree that if you have decided to leave your pet at Edinburgh Animal Hospital overnight, it will be unattended after close of business and any problems that occur with your pet, you will not hold Edinburgh Animal Hospital or its staff members responsible.
