    • Please note: Following are the typical SLAs for our services, from the time a completed request is received by us. These timelines are subject to change due to increase in volume of requests. We highly encourage you to read our communications policy and the communication content specifications. 

      • Flyer/Form Design, WhatsApp Group setup: 48-72 hours  
      • Livestream: 1 week
      • Jumu'ah Announcements and Dua Requests: 4:00 PM CST on Thursday
      • Media Coverage Request: 2-3 weeks
    • Please note: Jumu'ah Announcements and Dua Requests must be received by ICN Communications Team by 4:00 PM CST on Thursday. If the request is received after this time/day, it will roll over to the next week Insha'Allah.

      Request requires specific information i.e. Purpose, name, dates, location, event etc. as applicable.

    • Registration Form Specifications 
    • Please include the data fields and explain if the data field needs to be made as a required or optional fiield. If a field is conditionally required, then please explain the condition in detail. 

    • Registration Form for Payments Specifications 
    • Payments collection requires coordination with ICN Finance Team. Please send email to finance@icnmasjid.org and copy communications@icnmasjid.org . Please provide them the specifics of your request. In the field above, include the details about the payment collection - amount, frequency, discounts etc. 

    • News Media Coverage 
    • WhatsApp Group for Committees 
    • Advertise on ICN Communication Channels 
    • Advertise across ICN's, multiple Communication channels - Friday Newsletter, ICN Website, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TV Display across ICN centers, and Jumu'ah Livestream. The ads will appear like this https://bit.ly/ICN-ADS , across our communication channels.  

      Here are the steps to advertise on ICN Comms Channels:

      1. Select the number of months to advertise from the dropdown list below
      2. Visit https://icnmasjid.org/donate. In the Preferred Option section, click on 'Click Here to Donate'. Select 'Sadaqa/General Donations' from the dropdown and mention 'Advertisement' in the Comments section
      3. Upload the Payment Receipt using this form
      4. Enter the Receipt Number in the field below from the Payment Receipt
