Policy & Understanding
* After you have given an indication of approval on any graphics, websites, or content we create we can not edit your approved content (to edit your content after approval is $80 charge; $80hr rate).
* Uploading ready to print projects are considered Approved.
* Product Insurance per product is $200 covering 2 years, if product becomes damaged or broken there is a one time replacement. This does not include lost items. Photo of broken products must be shown to activate this agreement. If items are broken in transit this is not apart of the agreement, transit insurance is sepaerate.
* Any content / graphics, mock up, or website we create can only be edited once after that it's a $80 minimum charge ; $80hr flat rate. (Please send all corrections at one time).
* Max 2 Samples; Mock ups unless you selected a higher package that includes multiple mockups after 2 mock ups are done and you would like more it is $80hr
* We only edit corrections once "before" approval. After one edit its $80 fee; $80hr rate (Please send us all corrections once).
*100% refunded can be given only if requested within 24hrs after full payment if design is not started. No refunds on promotions.
* If you have not been charged taxes, setup fees, or shipping that is also considered a non-refundable promotion no-refundable.
*A 50% Refund can be requested and given within 48hrs after full payment if design has not been sent through the printing process. *No refunds are issued after 72 hours of payment.
*No refunds after the product has been shipped and or received. ($200 Fee for signature packages to ensure you will receive it is available).
*Refunds may take between 1 -14 business days depending on your bank. Some cases may be longer.
* Full payment is required before sending any products to production to print.
*NO refunds or returns are allowed on any final sale products, special promotions, or business coaching services & classes.
