Volunteers must be professional at all times.

Volunteers must be discreet when working on donations, no matter how "unusual" the donation may be.

Customers must be shown respect.

Offensive language is not allowed.

Mutual respect for volunteers is essential.
I understand and agree that the Holloman Thrift Store and the Holloman Spouses Organization are not responsible for any injury or personal property damage, even if caused by their ordinary negligence or otherwise.

I understand that volunteering at the Holloman Thrift Store involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, serious injury and death. I am voluntarily participating with knowledge of the danger involved and I agree to accept all risks of participation.

I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Holloman Thrift Store as well as the Holloman Spouses Organization for all claims arising out of my participation in volunteer activities.

I understand that this document is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state in which the volunteer activities take place and agree that if any portion of this Agreement is invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect.

I also acknowledge that the Holloman Thrift Store and the Holloman Spouses Organization have not arranged and do not carry any insurance of any kind for my benefit or that of Volunteer (if Volunteer is under 18), my parents, guardians, trustees, heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns. I represent that, to my knowledge, I am in good health and suffer no physical impairment that would or should prevent my participation in volunteer activities.

I also understand that this document is a contract which grants certain rights to and eliminates the liability of the Holloman Thrift Store and the Holloman Spouses Organization.

In addition to the above, I agree to hold harmless the Holloman Thrift Store, the Holloman Spouses Organization, their Officers, Directors, Advisors, or Contractors and to accept responsibility for all litigation and financial obligations arising from any unforeseen event in which I may be involved.

Parental Consent: I am the lawful parent and/or legal guardian of the above named minor. I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Liability Waiver and that I and the above named minor will be bound by said Liability Waiver. Furthermore, I understand that neither the Holloman Thrift Store or the Holloman Spouses Organization assumes responsibility for the whereabouts of an unaccompanied minor, if I am not present when they are volunteering. If an unaccompanied minor chooses to leave the store, that responsibility is on the minor and their lawful parent and/or guardian.
