For All 2023 Volunteers
•Thank You: The City of Winters has always appericated your help with all of the events in the community. They wouldn't happen without you. If your available we could use your help again at the annual Holiday Tree Lighting and Tractor Parade.
•Who is in involved with the Event in 2023: As I am sure everyone knows, this is a Non-Profit Community Event. It has grown tremendously since its inception by a few amazing local residents and volunteers in 2015. Over the years it has been, and remains, a volunteer driven Event. As it has expanded, it has needed more annual help.
After the 2021 event, it was decided that The City of Winters would take over the event and work with a professional producer, Bay Area Pop Up Events, to help manage the logistics and add more activities, while keeping the historical and community elements that have made this Event a local favorite.
