North East DCOM Information Form: Certified Candidate
North East DCOM has two meeting days for Certified Candidates -- Tuesday, October 3, or Tuesday, March 12. Please complete the following steps prior to your meeting. Step 1) Please complete the form below. Step 2) After we have received your information form, you will receive an email with a link to an online folder before your scheduled DCOM meeting. Please review the Center for Clergy Excellence Certified Candidate Checklist (https://www.ngumc.org/files/fileslibrary/ministerialservices/dcom+forms/candidate+checklist.pdf) carefully to ensure you upload all required documents and photo in that folder no later than two (2) weeks before your DCOM meeting time. Step 3) When we have received your paperwork, you will be contacted to schedule your interview. Interviews will be held in person at St. Paul UMC on Washington Street in Gainesville.
