Bounce houses are allowed in conjunction with facility reservations or stand-alone parties of 40 people or less in designated parks. Stand-alone bounce house reservations will only be approved if there are no other existing facility rentals by another resident. Before filling out this application, please make sure to secure your location and date on the reservation calendar online.

The bounce house companies listed below are merely suggestions for homeowners' looking to host a private event on Association property. All residents are free to use any company of choice, so long as the insurance requirements outlined in the reservation packet are met.

Bounce House Guidelines

You must provide one-day event insurance with liability coverage of $1 million dollars, naming Great Park Neighborhoods Community Association AND FirstService Residential as additionally insured in order to have a bounce house at a designated park.
If your insurance will not cover a bounce house, you will be required to get insurance from the bounce house company selected and have them name Great Park Neighborhoods Community Association AND FirstService Residential as the certificate holder and additionally insured.
The resident reserving the facility must be present for the duration of the party.
Power will not be provided. Please make sure to rent a generator and place cones around it for safety.

BOUNCE HOUSE INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

Your insurance certificates must list Great Park Neighborhoods Community Association AND FirstService Residential as additionally insured. Both entities must be clearly reflected on your insurance certificate and endorsement page.

· Your insurance must provide liability coverage for $1,000,000.00.

· Some companies will quote a higher rate than others for the policy needed. You can ask for your homeowners' insurance or shop online for a better rate.

· Insurance Coverage usually ranges between $85 -$120.
