By submitting this registration form I am agreeing to the following:
- Students will not receive their AHA certification card until full payment is complete
- All returned checks are subject to a $35 fee
- There will be no refunds for no call/no shows, we understand that “life happens” but please notify us ASAP with any cancellation or rescheduling needs, we are extremely flexible and usually able to reschedule easily
- If a student is ten (10) minutes late to a skills session or fifteen (15) minutes late to a full course the student must reschedule their course
- Businesses, Groups and Organizations who cancel within forty-eight (48) hours of the start time of their scheduled course are responsible for a $50 cancellation fee
