COVID WAIVER/POLICY:

I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that The Hollows
Camp Ltd. has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

I further acknowledge that The Hollows Camp Ltd. can not guarantee that my child or myself/family will
not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19.

I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to
and/or becoming infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or
negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, camp staff, other campers, and camper
parents and/or their families.

I have chosen The Hollows Camp Ltd. day camp services for my child/children and acknowledge that this may increase my risk as well as their risk of exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

I acknowledge that I and my child/children will comply with any set procedures to reduce the spread while dropping off, picking up, or attending day camp at The Hollows Camp Ltd.

I agree to adhere to the public health COVID – 19 regulations put forward by the Simcoe Muskoka District
Health Unit that are in place at the time my child attends camp.

Please note: Day Camp fees are HST exempt. HST will be calculated for additional purchase items chosen during your check-out session.

All general camp information (directions, times, what to bring, etc.) will be emailed two weeks prior to your camper's session.

Cancellations are subject to a $150.00 + HST administration fee. Adjustments cannot be made for late arrivals or early departures. All funds are non-refundable after Monday, April 3rd 2023.

Day camper drop off time is 9:00 am and pick up time is 4:00
pm. Your camper will be met by their cohort leader. Only campers are allowed outside of the parking area. Parents, please remain in your car during drop-off and pick-up.

We must have your camper's Medical Form in order to fully process your camper's registration. The link to the Medical Form will appear on the confirmation page once you have selected payment for your registration.
