Terms and Conditions:

• To have your child photograhed, you must prepay at least 1 digital image ($22) via this booking form. You can choose to upgrade packages once images are viewed online.
• All images will be presented on www.dahlingcreationsphotography.shootproof.com for viewing and upgrade if you wish to do so.
• There is no obligation to purchase any extra images.
• You will receive an email a few weeks after your child's session with a link and password to access your child's class album only.
• All images will have a small GymbaROO Term logo on them when purchased. THIS CANNOT BE REMOVED EVEN IF REQUESTED. The larger Dahling Creations Photography watermark when viewing the images on the website will be removed when purchased. 
• Unedited images will not be released.
• Any images purchased are for personal use only.
• Images cannot be altered, edited or cropped in any way.
• Images cannot be used in a commercial use unless discussed and agreed to by Dahling Creations Photography.
• The $22 prepayment of 1 digital image is non-refundable as this is the cost of us photographing and editing the images for you to choose from.
• Once you download the images purchase there are no refunds. Refund before images downloaded are at the descresion of Dahling Creations Photography.
• Bonus Photo Prints are only available with pre-purchase.
• I hereby certify that I am over 18 years of age and consent to myself / my child/ siblings to be photographed.
• I have read this form carefully and completely understand its meanings and implications.
• By signing this form, I acknowledge and consent for Dahling Creations Photography to have complete copyright of the images and my agreement to all the terms listed above.
