Private Party Date Reservation
Hosting Requirements:

1. A $20 deposit is required to secure the party date. Deposit is due at time of reservation. The deposit will go towards the host's board. If the party has 10 or more participants, the deposit will be refunded at the party.

2. 4 participant minimum required.

3. Host payment (participant fee - deposit) is due 7 days prior to the event. If not received by the due date, the event will be canceled and the $20 deposit will be forfeited. All other participant payments are due 7 days prior to the event.

4. If the host cancels the event for any reason, all other participants will NOT receive a refund. All other participants have the following choices: to reschedule the event for a later date and new location or to receive a kit to complete at home.

5. If Stringin' Along Wood Works cancels the event, all participants have the following choices: to receive a refund, reschedule the event for a later date, or receive a kit to complete at home.
