    Thank you for your interest in participating in the vendor event for "Unshakeable Motherhood Back to

    THE BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE OUR EVENT would be to say that it's a fun and eye-opening experience for new and expecting parents. This event will feature exhibitors and vendors. This will be a family friendly community event which will be packed full of games, art and prizes. It will give a chance for birthing persons to collect resources for upcoming births or existing families. There's a strong focus on resources - we will have tables that will provide parents with skills and resources to pack their expecting families arsenal. It will range from, diapers, wipes, clothing, parenting support and birthing support opportunities. It's a one-day opportunity for each attendee to explore new options and find resources on the aspects of pregnancy, birth, babies, or parenthood that are most important to her. You will have (4) hour exposure along with intermitted breaks for new families to visit your booth. You have the opportunity to offera raffle prize to and estimated (30-50) attendees that are new parents. Please note the following important information: - Booths/tables may not be shared; anyone selling their items must go through the application process (exceptions may only be made for instructors); You have the CHOICE to bring your own table and chair.

    . There will be a vendor listing page that will go live by September 1st on http://kangaroobirthing.com that will offer a featured hyperlink logo to your website. Submit LOGO by August 29th if you would like to be featured on the page.

    You have the CHOICE to bring your own table. You could rent a 6' long table for a $25 additional rate and you will need to provide your OWN table cloth and own branding swag Payment: Applications due, along with Final payment August 29th prior to the event. Cancellations are

  • LITERATURE: This includes flyers, brochures, rack cards, business cards, and similar items with no special offers or vouchers for complimentary products or services. $50

    PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS & COUPONS: Promotional products include note pads, pens, calendars, and other useful items that bear your organization's name and/or logo. Coupons include discounts and special offers, as well as gift cards that would not cover your lowest-priced item or service in its entirety. Westrongly recommend either excluding an expiration date or extending it far into the future, since our attendees are at various stages of growing their families and may need to wait to redeem offers. $25

    CUSTOM SPONSORSHIPS CUSTOM PACKAGES can be created for sponsorship of a variety of event elements. Please inquire for details.
