This dynamic, fun-filled, non-competitive program benefits girls ages 5-10 who are looking to build upon skills that promote self-confidence and poise while being mentored by today's young leaders. Princesses will take the stage to perform a production number during the Miss Quincy Competition, take part in a tea party and learn the importance of manners, kindness, and service to her community.
Your Princess will:
- Receive an Official Miss Quincy Scholarship Program tiara, sash, t-shirt and goody bag!
- Receive a special gift and autograph from Miss Illinois' Outstanding Teen!
- Team up with our Miss Quincy/Miss Quincy's Outstanding Teen candidates to learn their secrets to success!
- Enjoy the spotlight as she takes the stage in an opening production number during the Miss Quincy Competition!
- Learn etiquette skills and make her own mini charcuterie board at a tea party fit for a princess!
- Walk the Miss Quincy stage in a beautiful dress of her choosing and be crowned by Miss Quincy and Miss Quincy's Outstanding Teen!
- Be recognized in the Official Miss Quincy Program Book!
- Make memories to last a lifetime!
Princess Photogenic Award
The photo you submit below will be entered into a special Princess Photogenic award! Members of the public will have the opportunity to vote online and in-person at the pageant for $1 per vote. The winner will receive a trophy and gift bag!
Wardrobe Requirements
Opening production number: Colorful outfit of choice that fits Havana Nights theme.
Tea party: Party Dress
Princess Crowning on stage: Short or long dress. Can be as formal or informal as you like -- flower girl style dress, party dress, formal gown...anything goes!
Tickets: Parents, family and friends will need to purchase their tickets. Cost is $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Tickets will be available December 9 at EFB Coffee Co.

1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Quincy Town Center in the previous CJ Banks store next to Kirlin's.
Please no parents. You can watch from outside the store if you would like.
Attire: A shirt that represents an organization, activity, club, hobby, etc. that your princess is involved in, pants/leggings/jeans, tennis shoes.
Things to bring: Water bottle
Wednesday, December 28 - Practice
5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Friday, January 6 - Full Rehearsal
6:00 p.m. - approx. 7:30 p.m.
Quincy Community Theatre
Parents may sit and watch inside the theatre.
Attire: Miss Quincy t-shirt (will receive at practice), bottoms of choice (leggings, jeans, etc.), shoes of choice.
Saturday, January 7 - Pageant Day!
Tea Party, upstairs at Oakley-Lindsay Center 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Be in dressing room for pageant by 5:45 p.m.
Showtime is at 6:00 p.m.
