BOOTH OVERVIEW
• Tents will be provided however, vendors may provide their own Commercial Grade Company Branded
Tent. LVPFS to approve.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, lights, extension cords, etc.
• Food Trucks/Trailers are to provide their own power/generator. Food booth vendors will be provided
with (ONE) 20-amp outlet. Craft /Info vendors will receive (ONE) 20 amp –110v for lighting purposes
only.
• A photo showing your full setup must be included with your application in order to be considered. If
you do not have a photo, please submit a drawing and description of your setup.
• All vendors are encouraged to decorate their booth/truck in a festive Aloha theme!
VENDOR ACCEPTANCE
Vendors will be accepted upon final review by event committee. Application must be filled out
COMPLETELY for consideration. All applicants (accepted and denied) will be notified within 14 days of
application received. Once approved, your space is NOT guaranteed until all documents are received and
payment has been made.
There are NO exceptions to this requirement as SPACE IS LIMITED including food trucks/trailers.
Vendor acceptance are based on:
- Booth/Truck appearance and product quality and pricing
- Committee’s preference for a broad variety of vendors
- Type of Event (will dictate if multiple vendors selling the same product will be accepted)
- Return vendor status and/or past vendor conduct
- Date in which completed application was received

Acknowledgement and Release:
Waiver of Liability: I understand that my participation and/or involvement in LVPFS carries with it the potential for certain risks, some of which may not be reasonably
foreseeable. I further acknowledge that these risks could cause me, or others around me, harm, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, damage to property, emotional
distress, or death. I am a willing participant in the LVPFS.
By signing this agreement, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless LAS VEGAS PACIFIC FASHION SHOW, its Members, Employees and Volunteers, City of North Las Vegas and any co-sponsor from all losses, claims, theft, demands, liabilities, causes of action, or expenses, known or unknown, arising out of my participation in
attendance at LVPFS.
Further, I grant full permission to the LVPFS organizers, promoters and sponsors or any authorized agent by them to use any photographs, videos, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
I acknowledge that I have read , understand and agree to all the Vendor Rules and Regulations, Vendor Insurance and
indemnity requirements, both of which are attached and incorporated to this agreement by reference.

*By checking the box below, I AGREE to this waiver and understand that my application will be reviewed by the Las Vegas Pacific Fashion Show Advisory Board. I understand that by applying I am not guaranteed a spot to host a Pop Up Shop.

Agreement of Fees: I understand that IF I AM ACCEPTED to show in the Las Vegas Pacific Fashion Show Pop Up Shops that I will be sent a contract outlining my participation. I will not be confirmed as a participating brand until that contract has been signed and all fees have been paid. Fees are due in full by October 15, 2022. *

Event Set-up / Breakdown: Set-up will take place Thursday April 10, 2025 5pm . Vehicles will NOT be allowed on event grounds so bring a dolly or hand truck for any unloading and restocking. Personal vehicles are NOT permitted at booth areas or on event grounds. There will be an assigned area for vendor unloading/loading only, Due to limited vendor spacing, please respect the 20-minute loading/unloading rule. Vendors are to park all vehicles including tow vehicles and trailers in the designated vendor area of parking lot. Vendors that are renting equipment from a third party must be on site for deliveries. Specific guidelines will be given once vendor has been accepted. All vendors must remain open and fully staffed during hours of event. Teardown is not permitted until close of event, after patrons have cleared the area.

Sales/Subleasing: Vendors must operate only under the name or dba described on this application and must conduct business only in the space provided and not throughout the event. All displays or products must be confined within the allotted space/booth. Spaces provided cannot be moved, relocated, sublet or resold. Vendors are responsible for their own booth, equipment , goods, inventory, supplies or any other personal property.

Beverages: There shall be absolutely NO BEVERAGES of any kind displayed or sold by any vendor on event premises unless prior approval is granted by LVPFS. Alcohol sales are prohibited. Vendors may not give away beverages as part of any offer to customers. LVPFS Has Exclusive Beverage Sales.

Waste Disposal: Vendors are responsible to keep their space and surrounding area clean. Vendors must provide at their own trash container with liners for disposal of waste/trash created by/during operation of event. Vendors are responsible for disposing garbage in sealed transportable containers/liners in dumpsters provided on-site. Vendors must not dump in general trash barrels or leave trash in front of booth space at any time. Wastewater must be disposed of in grey water containers. Vendors will be responsible to dispose of their own oil/grease. **Absolutely NO OIL DUMPING on premises. All vendors, especially those cooking on grills or using hot oils, MUST place cardboard or ground covering underneath their booth and equipment to avoid stains and damage to the area (includes grass and concrete booth placement). Vendors failing to abide by waste disposal guidelines will forfeit their deposit and possible non-acceptance for future events.

Vendor Deposit: A refundable $100 vendor deposit is required to ensure your spot in the event, as well as the maintenance and proper disposal of garbage, grease, oil and debris in and around each vendors' assigned space. Vendor deposits deemed returnable will be mailed within 14 days after the close of the event. Business name and address on this application will be used for the return of deposits.

Prohibited: The sale or display of alcoholic beverages and/or drug paraphernalia, tobacco & vapor products, gambling, fireworks, guns & weapons, sexually explicit or inappropriate materials and any items deemed distasteful of any kind by any vendor at their booth is strictly prohibited. Display or sale of these items will result in forfeiture of vendor deposit, possible dismissal from event without a refund, and possible non-acceptance for future events.

Sound levels: Vendors/Booths/Displays may not play their own music of any kind at this event unless prior approval by LVPFS.

Business Protocol: Vendors may not conduct business "strolling" throughout the event grounds or post signage or advertising materials of any kind outside their immediate pre-assigned booth space. No political signs are allowed.

Vendor Equipment: Vendors providing their own company branded tent (LVPFS to approve) and equipment are to be secured using stakes, weights, water barrels, buckets, sandbags, etc. There will be no tying off to any existing infrastructure, tree, power pole, etc. Vendors are to provide their own tables, chairs, lighting, extension cords, etc.

Temporary Power: Food trucks/trailers are to provide their own power/generator. Food booth vendors will be providedwith (ONE) 20 amp outlet. Craft/Info vendors will be provided with (ONE) 20 amp outlet for lighting purposes only. Standard outlets only. Vendors are to provide their own lights, extension cords, surge protectors and their own adaptors. Only approved items listed on application will be allowed. There will be no overnight power. LVPFS will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by your electrical equipment.

Temporary Power: Food trucks/trailers are to provide their own power/generator. Food booth vendors will be provided with (ONE) 20 amp outlet. Media/Marketing Permission: By participating in Flavors of Aloha, vendors willingly give their permission for LVPFS to capture their image via video and photography for its unrestricted use in all forms of media/marketing. LVPFS may use photos/videos from your social media pages in order to promote the event and your bus

Nevada Dept. of Taxation Required: Vendors shall collect State of Nevada sales tax of 8.375% of gross sales. Vendorsshall be responsible for all penalties, interest and fees that may be imposed by any agency for the collection of said taxes.Per NV Tax Dept: If sales tax is included in the selling price, a sign must be posted at each booth indicating that salestax in included in all purchasing prices. If the vendor already holds a NV Sales Tax Permit, the vendor must have oneposted in the booth.If a vendor has no sales, or has non-taxable sales, or already holds a NV Sales & Use Tax Permit, the vendor is still requiredto sign and turn in the One-Time Tax Return showing zero.**Failure to turn in Promoter & Department Copies to LVPFS will result in forfeiture of vendor deposit

Fire Department: Fire dept. requires all food vendors to have a portable fire extinguisher with a minimum rating of 40Bin every food booth, a Class K for booths using deep fat fryers, grills and other appliances that produce grease vaporsand a Class 2A-30BC for non-cooking booths.

Southern NV Health Dept: Food vendors that are required to obtain a Temporary Food Establishment Permit must do so in order to operate at LVPFS events. The application must be received by SNHD at least 7 calendar days prior to the event or a late fee will apply. All food vendors must pass the SNHD inspection. Vendors that do not pass the inspection and cannot operate for that day will not receive any refunds.

Any violations of the Vendor Rules and Regulations may result in the forfeiture of vendor deposit and possible non acceptance for future events.

Vendors that have been accepted and approved will receive payment instructions, documents requested along with additional and updated information that may override any rules and regulations listed above.
