The University Ombuds Office offers presentations/workshops in efforts to educate the university community on conflict management skills and other Ombuds services. Conflict management content can include resolution strategies/approaches, reframing messages to preserve and/or strengthen relationships, art of listening, and more. Training can be offered in person and on Zoom. The content is customized based on the needs of the audience. When the form is filled out, the Ombuds Office will contact you to get more information on making sure the content fits what you are looking for.
