The LPCO Bylaws give this job description:
The Outreach Director shall be responsible for booking and running outreach booths and community events, and for maintaining outreach materials. The Outreach Director may establish and manage committees (including the appointment of any committee chairs) to perform these and other outreach functions.
Attendance is required at monthly board meeting on the second Monday of each month in Denver (with a remote option) and regular participation in electronic discussions. If is understandable that a few meetings may be missed and there is opportunity to appoint a proxy. Missing meetings without appointing a proxy is grounds for removal (the bylaws give more details: https://lpedia.org/wiki/Document:Colorado_State_Party_Bylaws_2021)
This is a VOLUNTEER "nonpaid" voting Board position.
