Your pricing includes delivery, removal, and a tonnage cap.   You will be charged at a rate of $120.00 per ton (prorated accordingly) if your load weighs more than your allocated tonnage cap.  Additionally, you are renting the container for up to seven days including the day of delivery and day of removal.  If you wish to keep the container longer, you may for a $5.00 per day rental charge.  Customer is responsible for scheduling pickup date.  

You may not put liquids or hazardous materials into the container.  Some items are charged extra in addition to the accrued weight.  Prices below are the minimum price per items. *this list is subject to change without notice in compliance with federal, local, or state law.*

If you have any questions about putting something into the container please call the office at 845-255-6300 and speak with customer service.  A credit card is required to be on file and automatically charged for the coverage of additional overages/fees, unless credit is preapproved with Green State Services Corp.

****Customer may never fill the container above the top rail and never outside the dimensions of the box.  If a dumpster cannot be delivered or removed for ANY reason customer will be billed at $125.00 an hour portal to portal. Dumpster can only be placed on a solid even surface.****

By accepting the delivery of this dumpster you acknowledge that you are responsible for any additional fees.  The undersigned acknowledges that he/she has instructed the driver where to place the equipment on premises.  The undersigned hereby releases Green State Services Corp. from all damages and claims caused by the weight, height, or width of the delivery or pick up vehicle and equipment.  Such damages shall include, but not limited to driveways, sidewalks, curbs, fences, lawns, septic tanks and fields.
