Policy Information

Cancellations - Policy states that if you must cancel your appointment, please try to do so 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a fee of 50% of the service scheduled to be paid before we are able secure another appointment for you. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, so it is left up to the discretion of the stylist to determine when to apply any potential penalties.
No-Shows - If you are 15+ minutes late to your scheduled appointment, with no courtesy call indicating you will be late, you are considered a no-show, and we will no longer be able to fulfill your appointment. The cancellation fee outlined above will be applied in the circumstance of a no-show and you will receive an invoice for that amount. You will be expected to pay the no-show fee before you are able to secure another appointment.
Deposits - All New Guest color services require a $50 deposit at time of booking ($75 for Ellen), to be applied to the cost of the service the day of. An invoice will be emailed to you (Square link for Ellen), payable online. If you need to make other payment arrangements, please contact us. In the event of a No Show or late Cancellation, the deposit will be forfeit and a new deposit will be required in order to re-book. The deadline to pay your deposit is 1 week prior to your appointment. Failure to pay the deposit may result in your appointment being cancelled.
Clothing & Jewelry- In the use of oxidative and staining professional product, we do our best to exercise care in keeping our work area clean and comfortable. However, accidents can occur that may cause damage to any clothing or jewelry you choose to wear to your appointment. We can provide alternate coverings if requested, but otherwise ask you to be mindful of how you dress and we will provide a place for safekeeping of personal items removed for your hair or skin service.
Color and Texture - By checking this box, you are giving me permission to perform a service on your hair for the purpose of altering its color, texture, condition, length, or overall appearance. You're also confirming that you have made me aware of any/all scalp issues/concerns, allergies, and preexisting conditions prior to my performing any chemical servicers on you. If you neglect to tell me any of the above, I am no to be held responsible for any irritation or allergic reactions that may result from a chemical application.
Redo's - We pride ourselves on doing a thorough consultation prior to each service to ensure total hair bliss! But we realize that sometimes once you get home, you may find something you would like to adjust. We are happy to make those adjustments when you inform us within ONE WEEK of receiving the service. In assessing a grievance, we also take into account your stylist's post-care instructions. We can only guarantee a result and its longevity when recommended products and techniques are regarded by the salon guest. We cannot provide a different service than the one originally requested without charging the new service price. In the instance of a redo, you may be asked to pay a portion of the reapplication service cost at the stylist's discretion. We cannot provide refunds on services.
Social Media - By checking this box, you're granting permission to photograph and/or record you for the purpose of posting said images/videos on social media pages. Images such as before and after photos, styling videos, and color processing videos could be taken during the duration of your visit with us today. Process videos filmed during a service are muted so conversations are not shared, and if preferred, images of your face will not be taken nor posted as the main focus for the images is to showcase hair transformations.
