• The party will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Guests should arrive at the Global Art center 15 minutes before party time for check-in.
• A full non-refundable payment is required at the Time of Reservation.
• Each additional guest will be charged at the respective party package prices.
• Extended party time can be requested based on availability at the rate of $40 per 30 minutes or $60 per 60 minutes.
• Parties include instructions and all art supplies.
• The host will be responsible for food and beverage and party decoration.
• Each guest attending the party is required to review and sign a waiver form.

Birthday parties/events are non-refundable but may be transferred at no cost to another date with at least 7 days advance notice. Changes to party date made with less than a 7 days' notice will be charged a $100 transfer fee. To reschedule, please email contact@globalartfremont.com

As consideration for being allowed to enter and participate in any party and/or any art & craft programs at Global Art Fremont, LLC., the undersigned, on his or her behalf, and on behalf of the Partificpant(s) identified below, acknowledges, appreciates, understands, and agrees to the followings:

Global Art activities, including but not limited to paints, glues, pastels, chalk pastels, pencils, wood/plaster tools, fiber (yarn/fabric/papers), wax, plastic bags, batik dye, incense, plaster, drawing and sculpting in nature. Global Art Fremont, LLC takes all possible precaustions to reduce risk and provide safe, healthy, and enjoyable experiences. I warrant that my child can follow directions for all activities in the party. I acknowledge that risks from participation in party activities exist and that I have allowed my child(ren) to attend the birthday party/event knowing these risks and their possible consequences including personal injury. 

As a parent or gardian of my child(ren), I agree that I will not hold Global Art Fremont, LLC liable for any personal injury, property damage or loss of insurance. I agree to release and hold harmless Global Art Fremont, LLC from all liabilities incurred because of my child(ren)'s participation in the center and that thses terms serve as a release for myself, volunteers, property owners and members of my family.

Global Art Fremont, LLC has put in place preventive measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, however, we cannot gaurantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19 (before, during or after the participation at our Global Art Fremont Birthday Party/event). By signing this agreement, you will admit the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntary assume the risk that your child or you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending Global Art Fremont Birthday Party/event and that such exposure or infection may result in illness, hospitalization, disability, or death. You will voluntarily agree to assume all the foregoing and inherent risks and accept full responsibility for expenses of any kind in connection to Coronavirus exposure or infection. You hereby relase, convenant not to sue, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Global Art Fremont, LLC, and its employees, You will acknowledge the understanding of this clause in this registration form by signing it at the end.
