NJA Parent Class Registration Form and Information
GROUP & INDVIDUAL PARENTING CLASSES
PARENTING CLASS DETAILS:
***Group Parenting Class: Group setting with other parents/caregivers - 2 days , 4 hours each day. Free beverages will be provided. Cost: Single Participant - $165, Couple - $247 ****Individual Parenting class: You will be assigned a parent instructor who will work 1-1 with you as long as you need. It is recommended that you attend 8-10 sessions to complete the workbook and work through the 10 Tools, one session at a time successfully with individualized support! ***Each Individual scheduled class is 1 hour. Cost: $150 per session scheduled *** 1 Workbook and Certificate of completion included in the fee per participant in the Group Class. ***If you plan take advantage of the Individual Parent Class, you are welcome to come as a couple at the cost of $180 per class. However, only 1 workbook is included in the fee and will be provided to you at your first scheduled class. Payments are processed through our Simple Practice System. Once we recieve the registration form back, we will send you an email from SimplePractice, giving you access to a secure portal to review the intake, assessment form, and invoice to pay for the class you chose. Payment and forms will need to be completed before the start of the class date you registared.
