    Higher education scholarships are available to Logan County Presbyterian (PCUSA) members who meet the eligibility requirements listed below. Funds are provided through the annual interest accumulated from endowments established for this purpose.  Applicants must be a member of a Logan County PC(USA) church.  All scholarships are administered by First United Presbyterian Church, Bellefontaine, OH.
  • This application may be submitted between March 15 and 4:00 PM April 15. (late applications will not be considered).  Please be sure to submit your unofficial transcripts (Graduating HS students submit High School transcripts and college students provide cumulative college transcripts) and a picture of yourself (headshot, we can crop as needed).  Your reference person must also submit their reference form by 4:00 pm April 15.

    Before beginning this application, have transcripts and picture ready to attach at the end of the application.

I understand that if I am unable to attend school in the coming year, I will notify First United Presbyterian Church immediately and return the full scholarship grant to the committee (extenuating circumstances can be considered by the committee). Failure to notify the committee will result in the applicant being ineligible to apply for future scholarships.
