Indus Preschool 2023-2024 Registration

Registration is Complete when this form is completed AND Registration Fee ($65) + September Tuition sent to info@induspreschool.com via e-transfer AND void cheque/PAD form for monthly payments. You will receive an email in August with your class time and information about the first day. **Please note: a BVAS Membership is also required for Indus Preschool as we are located in their facility**

The Parent Volunteer Preschool Board can be contacted by email: info@induspreschool.com. The board is responsible for emails, registration, fees, fundraising, events, Scholastic book orders, concerns/questions.

Medical Consent Given to Indus Preschool

I give consent to Indus Preschool to transport my child to the Strathmore Hospital, Alberta Children’s Hospital, or South Health Campus for medical treatment, if deemed necessary. This consent is given in the event that the Preschool is unable to contact the parent(s) or Emergency Contact persons.

I consent to having my child’s name, parents’ names and home or cell phone numbers compiled on a list to be distributed to the class phone parent(s). The list may be used to contact me in the event of an unplanned school closure or other situation that requires my attention. This list will NOT be used for distribution to other classes, or for soliciting in any way.

$65 Registration Fee + 1st month Due at time of registration
When paying by etransfer, please send the registration fee ($65) and September's tuition (less $75 government preschool subsidy) as soon as possible to info@induspreschool.com please make the password Preschool and your childs name in the memo line.

For example;

Registration Fee $65 + MWF class $175/monthly (minus the subsidy $75); you pay $165 by e-transfer and the PAD form filled out with $100 monthly fixed rate starting October 1, 2023.

If you are interested in DROP-IN only please contact us by email prior to payment (drop in may not always be available due to enrollment numbers and teacher availability)

Registration is NOT accepted until payment is received.
Please upload your banking information (void cheque) for direct monthly withdrawl AND completed PAD form (found on our website www.induspreschool.com)
