Retail Therapy: A Customer Service Podcast Form

If you’re here that means you have a story to tell, great! Before we get started, we need to know who is telling the story, and where the story is coming from. Let’s agree to some things first!

Under no circumstances will I share a story where I, the teller, am blatantly racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, and anti-semitic towards the people in question. They will be deleted.
