Hey! I'm Coach Slim. My health and fitness journey started in 2015 driven by my insecurity of not being able to gain weight. I tried every single diet you can think of and was in the gym 7-days a week and still no luck! I didn't realize that I was undernourished even though I thought I was eating "healthy". After learning how important balanced nutrition and the right amount of exercise was, I was finaly able to create a plan just by making a few changes and adopting simple healthy habits that worked wonders for me! I managed to gain 3kgs of muscle mass in my first 3 months of following the plan and the rest is history. I built the body of my dreams, i am healthy an energized and i maintain my results because those healthy habts are now a part of my lifestyle! I now use the same nutrition and exercise principles to get my clients into the best shape of their lives, and I'm so excited that you are here too!
