PRODUCT INFORMATION
Thank you for providing information about your general company approach to the safe, sustainable, responsible and credible provision of hemp and CBD products. You are now invited to provide information on specific products. If you fulfill the range of criteria in both sections you will be awarded the Revival Quality Mark.

In developing these criteria we aim to set the bar high and fully appreciate that many of us are still working towards these objectives. However, by demonstrating that we, in the industry are collectively striving for high standards, we hope to give consumers and regulators confidence.

The Revival Quality Mark will therefore be awarded where there is evidence of working towards the standards rather than achieving them all, so please don't be deterred by the comprehensive questions! Our aim is to highlight and encourage good practices rather than discredit companies that are working hard for their customers.

Information provided will remain confidential and will never be shared without your permission. We will only ask you for information that we believe should be available to consumers, should they wish, to allow them to make an informed choice. We simply review that information on their behalf to ensure you are given the credit you deserve for your work in raising standards in the industry.
